Client Engagements

Christina offers goal-based, project-specific engagements. Engagements typically last 3-6 months of consistent weekly or bi-weekly meetings. Together during your first meeting, you will highlight desired goals and define what “success” means for you in those areas. From there, Christina will provide an outline for each session so you remain focused on moving the needle forward. Once your goal is met you can either pause your work together, choose a new goal to continue sessions, or choose to go to a lower-frequency retainer for as-needed check-ins.

As an advisor, Christina’s focus is to help you overcome whatever hurdle is in the way to your next mountaintop. It is NOT to set up long term, “check-in” style sessions that lack a driving force towards progress. By outlining a set amount of sessions from the beginning, Christina helps ensure your time together is well spent and you see a valuable ROI for both your time and your financial investment.

Coaching & Advising Style

Christina uses a mix of frameworks, coaching techniques, and general advising to help clients find their best path forward. In the Organizational Development world, there are two thought channels, and Christina incorporates both into her practice:

Diagnostic OD: Uses prescriptive and defined frameworks that clients and practitioners follow toward transitional change.

Dialogic OD: Approaches challenges like an onion with many layers of discovery to peel away to find the core solution. You might think you know what challenges you face; however, after exploration, many of your challenges may stem from somewhere unexpected. This is best for big picture, transformational change where the answers are not “easy” or apparent.
