About Christina

Christina is a founder, former CEO, and business advisor based in San Francisco. She has a master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership and over a decade of experience as a CEO and entrepreneur. She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and leaders create successful businesses with positive working environments. As a working mother with two preschoolers, Christina is especially excited to help companies create opportunities for working parents in a sustainable way. She believes that thriving businesses with fulfilled employees create not only better products and services with healthier bottom lines, but more importantly, lead to happier communities and personal well-being.

In addition to advising private clients and businesses, she currently works with the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program as a Business Advisor for their national cohort at Babson College.

Christina began her career as a fashion designer, working for companies such as Marmot and Old Navy, and joined the start-up team as Co-Founder at Ostomy Secrets, an apparel company producing adaptive undergarments for medical patients. At OS she led the design of their initial product offering and set up their production and sourcing processes. OS was later sold to the medical company ConvaTec and is now distributed worldwide. She left the fashion world to start Glow Events, a premier events agency in San Francisco. She spent her time as CEO focusing on scaling the business to an international level, and building a strong team with an exceptional company culture. During Christina’s watch, Glow built an impressive client list including Salesforce, Netflix, Porsche, Heroku, Okta, FleishmanHillard, and Hearst Autos to name a few. After 10 years at the helm, Christina sold Glow in 2020 and transitioned to business advising.
