During the Survey Stage, we’ll scan the landscape of your business and review the history of how you got to where you are, what’s working, and what’s not. We’ll then dream big about potential future goals and decide which Peaks you want to work towards.

Session 3: Internal Assessment
With your new Peak in view, we’ll do an internal assessment of your business and what you’ll need in place to be successful. We’ll look at everything – from your team, your processes, to your financial systems. We’ll create a list of any areas that need improvement before you set out on the journey ahead.
Train

Sessions 4 – 7: Deep Dive
Now that we have a list of the areas that need strengthening in your business, we will pick one to focus on together. Over the next 4 sessions, we’ll dive into how to improve and strengthen this area of your business. After completing these sessions, you’ll come away with tangible action steps you and your team can take to make the necessary improvements to your systems. What’s more, you’ll have a repeatable process you can apply, leaving you feeling empowered to do this vital work on your own once our time together is complete.

Session 8: Map it Out
You’ve set your Peak and assembled your gear, now let’s chart the path. We will create a realistic timeframe for your project, set up deliverable checkpoints, and identify ways to stay motivated and avoid burnout along the way. Upon completing all 8 sessions, you’ll have the skills and resources ready to achieve your next goal and set out on your journey!

About Christina
Christina is a founder, former CEO, and business advisor based in San Francisco. She has a master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership and over a decade of experience as a CEO and entrepreneur. She has worked with the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program as a Business Advisor for their national cohort at Babson College. Currently, she runs a private practice advising executives and leadership teams. She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and leaders create successful companies with positive working environments. As a working mother with two young children, Christina is especially excited to help teams create opportunities for working parents in a sustainable way. She believes that thriving businesses with fulfilled employees create not only better products and services with healthier bottom lines, but more importantly, lead to happier communities and personal well-being.

Christina began her career as a fashion designer, working for companies such as Marmot and Old Navy, and joined the start-up team as Co-Founder at Ostomy Secrets, an apparel company producing adaptive garments for medical patients. At OS she led the design of their initial product offering and set up their production and sourcing processes. OS was later sold to the medical company ConvaTec and is now distributed worldwide. She left the fashion world to start Glow Events, a premier events agency in San Francisco. She spent her time as CEO focusing on scaling the business to an international level, and building a strong team with an exceptional company culture. During Christina’s watch, Glow built an impressive client list including Salesforce, Netflix, Porsche, Heroku, Okta, FleishmanHillard, and Hearst Autos to name a few. After 10 years at the helm, Christina sold Glow in 2020 and transitioned to business advising.
